4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, the balance becomes ৳2,000, and a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus may not be claimed more than once by the same member, unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.
- A bonus is always considered a potential earning opportunity. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — it is a credit alongside earned funds, and the winnings from it may be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
- If a member attempts to abuse a bonus without meeting the promotion's conditions, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- jlbet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
5.3 VIP Cashback
VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier. Starting from the Bronze tier up to Diamond, the cashback rate can reach up to 1.5%. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.
Betting and Gaming Rules
jlbet offers various gaming options including slots, live casino, cricket, and other sports betting. Each game or bet type has its own rules that must be followed.
6.1 Bet Validity
A bet is only considered final when the system successfully confirms it. If any bet remains unclear due to a technical error, jlbet reserves the right to make a decision at its own discretion.
6.2 Cancelled Bets
If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, event cancellation, or any other valid reason, the original staked amount will be returned to the user's wallet. No bonus will apply to a cancelled bet.
6.3 Odds Changes
In live betting, odds may change during the course of an event. The odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted will be considered final. Rapid odds changes in live betting on cricket and football are normal.
6.4 Maximum Win Limit
jlbet sets a maximum win amount from a single bet on certain games. This limit is stated on the relevant game page or in the rules. Any amount exceeding this limit will be considered void.
